In the High Court on Thursday, Mrs Justice Lang DBE granted permission for Plane Justice’s Judicial Review case against the Civil Aviation Authority to proceed to a full trial hearing on all grounds.
In granting permission, Mrs Justice Lang said Plane Justice’s grounds of claim merited full consideration.
The case is now likely to be listed for a full hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice in London in the new year.
